About Kimberly Brinson

I'm a mom of two boys—both headed to Campbell High next year! I've called Georgia home for more than 20 years, though Grand Forks, North Dakota is where I started. My path here has been anything but traditional. I earned my degree in Paleontology/Geology from South Dakota School of Mines & Technology, studied ancient mammals, and spent my early career at the Field Museum in Chicago before moving into environmental consulting with Genesis Project, right here in Smyrna.

After becoming a mom, I did a career pivot that surprised even me: I traded rocks for people and never looked back. What started as a love for movement became a second career in fitness. I found my way into yoga, personal training, and eventually medical fitness, where I discovered that my background in anatomy, movement, and biomechanics translated far more naturally than anyone would expect from a former paleontologist.

Now at Wholebody Systems, I get to bring those worlds together—science, movement, and helping people be stronger. It's work and a business I genuinely love. I get to see in real time how much better our clients move, feel, and live.
