About Richard Clive

Richard has 8 years of public accounting experience working for 2 regional and 2 large local CPA firms in Atlanta prior to starting Venture CPA. His tax experience includes individual international tax (expatriates, foreign account disclosures), high-net-worth individuals, S corporations, C corporations, real estate partnerships, and a variety of LLC/sole proprietor small businesses.

Venture CPA was founded in July 2021 with the purpose of helping new startup businesses and small business owners manage their bookkeeping and tax return filings. It is our job to help you and your business legally pay the least amount of taxes possible. We take pride in finding new deductions and creative ways to better structure your business and manage your yearly tax liabilities.

Richard is also a military veteran. After college, he served 4 years in the U.S. Air Force as an ICBM Combat Crew Member and was responsible for controlling and monitoring 10 ICBM nuclear missiles located in Montana pastures. Venture CPA strongly supports veterans and their businesses. We offer military discounts on tax and accounting fees as a way to thank all current and former veterans.

He is licensed as a real estate agent and manages his own real estate LLC, investing in single-family housing in the Atlanta area. We also offer cash flow and investment return analysis services for single-family home investment properties.
